Luna in Anguilla: Sun, music & spontaneous adventures

Hi dear community! What a dream: this week I’m taking you along on my sunny vacation adventure to Anguilla – that stunning little island in the Caribbean. ☀️🌊 Why Anguilla? I wanted to recharge, write new music, and fully enjoy sandy toes and fresh coconut under swaying palm trees. Anguilla is so relaxed, everyone here is friendly, and the island mixes color, calm, and creativity. It’s the perfect place for fresh inspiration! The vibe of the trip Every morning, you’d find me (yep, still sleepy, hair up in a bun and big sunglasses) on the beach for a yoga session, followed by a swim in truly turquoise water. I always brought my little notebook to write lyrics — inspiration sometimes comes in literal waves! Musical moments A sneak peek… I got to jam live in a beach bar with some local musicians I met on the spot. Fun fact: yes, I dared to dance in the sand — and of course I dramatically tripped over my own sandals. The whole bar helped me back up… proof that community is everywhere, even 7,000km from Amsterdam! Wellness & health Healthy breakfasts: fresh fruit & coconut water, long walks by the coast, and the occasional delightful digital detox afternoon. Luna’s tip: turn your phone off for a few hours, and just listen to the sea (and yourself). Favorite moment Limbo dancing on the beach at sunset with the locals. Everyone was laughing, no one really knew each other, but it felt like one big family for a little while. Music connects! 🎶 Closer & community question This trip gave me new energy, fresh lyrics, and a reminder that sometimes the most spontaneous moments are the best ones.
